Job Overview:
 
Our Client is looking for a fast-paced, detail-oriented, tech savvy person who can identify, test, and price electronics for customers. They are seeking a store lead for their Hialeah location. This person will be great with people, have consumer electronic knowledge, will be able to negotiate pricing for new, used, and broken electronics, while fostering relationships with customers.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation: $24-$30 per hour

Time-Off and Work Schedule:
  • Schedule: From Monday to Saturday
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): After completing a probationary period, eligibility for 5 days of PTO per year is granted. PTO can be used for personal days, sick days, etc, offering flexibility to manage time away from work as needed.
  • Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation after the first anniversary.
  • Flexible Schedule for Special Events: They offer flexibility for significant personal events or family commitments. With at least 2 weeks' notice, they'll do their best to accommodate any schedule adjustments you may need. 
The Store Manager is the face of the Paymore location, responsible for driving sales, achieving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service. Leading by example, the Store Manager motivates and develops the team to achieve their best while ensuring a clean, safe, and organized store environment. The Store Manager plays a key role in executing business strategies and ensuring company goals are met and exceeded.

A passionate and results-driven Store Manager is sought to lead the Paymore location. As a multi-unit franchisee, the focus is on creating a positive, motivating environment where teams can thrive and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role is critical in ensuring the store meets and exceeds goals, from sales to customer satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store goals. Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and open communication. Provide training and ongoing coaching to support the professional development of team members.
  • Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales through excellent customer service, upselling, and promoting special offers. Ensure the team consistently delivers a positive and personalized customer experience that aligns with brand standards.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and ensuring the store is stocked with products. Maintain store organization and cleanliness according to company standards.
  • Goal Achievement & Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales and profitability goals. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency to drive results.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns or issues with professionalism, focusing on finding solutions. Ensure customer feedback is taken seriously and used to improve store operations and service.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Execute local marketing and promotional initiatives, in coordination with the marketing team, to drive foot traffic and build customer loyalty.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee store scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and safety regulations
Qualifications:
  • Must be well spoken (English) Bilingual Spanish a major plus.
  • Must have excellent electronics knowledge and handling of smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems - e.g. data wiping smartphones, removing iCloud accounts, testing game systems, Windows use, MacOS use, being able to quickly identify, test, and assess a wide variety of consumer electronics while communicating with customers in a high paced environment.
  • Must be a people person, ability to befriend, relate, and build relationships with all types of customers. Ability to remain focused in a high volume/fast paced
  • Must be able to remain on your feet for hours at a time, possibly 8+ hours. Ability to lift 25lb items.
  • Negotiation skills are a major plus
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry (electronics, retail, customer service, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving operational goals.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed.
